Simple set-ups and domain verification
We’ve made the whole sign-up and set-up process easy and painless (and plan to have you sending within minutes). On our website you can find loads of setup guides for most mailing platforms and, if you get stuck, our friendly support team is on hand to help. We also offer an SMTP2GO WordPress plugin and an automated cPanel plugin.
For maximum email delivery rates and better branding, we require adding verified senders. Adding verified senders to your account means that SPF and DKIM are automatically handled by us (with the addition of a few simple CNAME records to your DNS). We offer two options to achieve this including verifying your sender domain or a single sender email address. Customers on any of our paid plans can verify unlimited sender domains or single sender emails to send through the account (on our free plans it’s limited to 5).

We know that APIs can be a bit of a challenge, so we’ve made our API simple to use. We’ve got detailed guides and code examples in different languages, as well as a testing console on our website.

We offer four plans to meet customer needs: Free, Starter, Professional, and Premier. You can choose a monthly or annual subscription for paid plans.
For low-volume email senders (10K or 50K). Starter plans offer:

- Email overage (up to 3x your limit, billed in 1000-email increments)
- Subaccount management
- Support via ticket, phone and live chat
- Optional add-ons: Email Archiving, SMS Messaging
- IP & Address Authentication (available upon request)
- Unlimited team logins
- Scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Activity duration extensions (30 days to 2 years, for an extra fee)
- No daily/ hourly sending limits (once your account is fully activated)
- No limit on the number of sender domains/single sender emails you can verify to send through the account
- Up to 10 Webhooks
For high-volume senders (100K to 3M). Professional plans include all Starter perks plus:
- Single dedicated IP address (extra IPs for $19/month)
- Email testing tools
- Default sending speed of 200,000 emails/hour (increased on request)

Accounts on the free plan cannot use paid features, including Email Overage, Email Testing Tools, Subaccounts, SMS Messaging, Email Archiving, IP Authentication, Address Authentication, Scheduled Reporting, Activity Storage extension or access premium support features such as phone and on-demand chat.
