Ho, ho, ho! 🎅 Christmas is approaching and at the North Pole we’re busy making toys, checking our lists (twice!), and preparing for the big night when Santa takes flight. If you think you’ve left it too late to send your letter, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered.
This Christmas, SMTP2GO is helping to make sure that children’s wishes get delivered to the North Pole from all over the world! Together, we’re working to make sure that your letters to Santa are sent safely and quickly. Santa and SMTP2GO—partners in delivery.
But doesn’t the letter have to get sent by mail?
Not at all! Children in different countries have their own unique ways of sending their wishlists to the North Pole. Here’s a glimpse at how children from various places make sure their letters reach Santa:
- United States & Canada: Children often send their letters through the mail, dropping them in special Santa mailboxes or posting them to the North Pole.
- United Kingdom: In the UK, children also send their letters by mail, but some children leave their letters out for Santa to collect on Christmas Eve, along with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk.
- France: In France, children write their letters to Papa Noël (Father Christmas) and leave them in their shoes on Christmas Eve. In the morning, they find small gifts or treats from Papa Noël in return.
- Italy: In Italy, children write their letters to Babbo Natale (Father Christmas) and leave them in their shoes or stockings on Christmas Eve.
- Spain: In Spain, children write their letters to Papá Noel (Father Christmas) and leave them by the fireplace or under the Christmas tree. In some regions, children also leave their letters in their shoes.
- Sweden: In Sweden, children often write to Jultomten (the Christmas Santa) and leave their letters by the door or on the windowsill.
- Australia: Down under, children send their letters through the mail to Santa, just like in the U.S. and Canada.
- Finland: In Finland, children write to Joulupukki (Father Christmas) and leave their letters in a special Christmas mailbox or even send them directly to Santa’s office in Rovaniemi, Lapland.
Spreading the Christmas Spirit!
Christmas isn’t just about receiving gifts—it’s about spreading joy, kindness, and love. The elves here at the North Pole have a few special ideas to help you spread the Christmas spirit this year. Here are some simple ways to make the world a little brighter:
- Draw a Picture for Someone Special
A homemade drawing can light up anyone’s day! Whether it’s for a family member, a friend, or even a neighbor, a surprise picture filled with holiday cheer is a wonderful way to share the joy of the season. - Help Tidy Up at Home
Santa loves to see children who are helpful around the house. Whether it’s putting away your toys, folding your clothes, or even helping with the dishes, your kindness will make everyone’s day a little easier. - Bake Cookies for a Neighbor
If you’re baking cookies for Santa, why not make an extra batch for a neighbor? Sharing sweet treats is a lovely way to show someone you care. - Feed the Birds
During the cold winter months, birds need extra help finding food. Fill up a bird feeder or scatter some seeds outside to give our feathered friends a little Christmas treat. - Collect Donations for an Animal Shelter
Animals at shelters need love too! Gather up some old blankets, toys, or even food, and donate them to a local shelter. It’s a wonderful way to help those in need during the holiday season. - Donate Your Old Toys
As you receive new toys this Christmas, consider donating some of your gently used ones to children who may not have as much. Your old toys can bring joy to others and help spread the magic of the season! - Write a Christmas Card for a Friend
Nothing says “I’m thinking of you” like a heartfelt Christmas card. Take a moment to write a note to someone special, and remind them how much they mean to you. - Give a Compliment
A kind word can make someone’s day. Compliment someone on their holiday decorations, their smile, or how great they’re doing. It’s a simple way to spread positivity and cheer. - Volunteer Your Time
If you’re able, volunteering to help others is one of the most selfless ways to give back. Whether it’s helping out at a food bank, visiting a senior center, or assisting with a community event, your time and effort can make a big difference.
Let’s Make This Christmas Magical!
As the elves get ready for the big night, we’re reminded that Christmas is about more than just presents—it’s about sharing kindness, love, and joy with everyone around us. So, while you’re writing your letter to Santa, think about how you can spread that holiday spirit far and wide.
We can’t wait to read all of your letters! So don’t delay—send your letter to Santa today through SMTP2GO’s Email Santa page. Santa’s sleigh is waiting, and he’s ready to hear from you!
Happy holidays from all of us at the North Pole! 🎅✨
